A fifty percent (50%) advance payment of the total agreed-upon quote for website development is required before Haftusaar can commence work on the project.
Any significant changes in the project scope, whether added in the final version or removed due to client feedback, will result in additional charges.
All payments associated with royalty stock image purchases, subscriptions, or any additional services outside the scope of the contract must be settled directly by the client with the respective vendors or service providers.
In the event of a project cancellation request, Haftusaar cannot guarantee the approval of a refund. Once financial confirmation is received, designers, developers, and project managers are allocated to the project. Haftusaar shall not be held responsible for reimbursing any transaction fees incurred.
The project will be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, with a grace period of 1-2 weeks provided after the project deadline. If an extension beyond 2 weeks is required, the remaining balance must be cleared to pause the work. Failure to make the payment may result in the closure of the project. Work can be resumed upon receipt of the outstanding balance.
If you wish to transfer the domain and hosting services from us, we have no objections. However, please note that applicable fees may be charged for the transfer process, as we manage and maintain your website on a regular basis.
Once the contract is executed and activated, the client will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
